Estates & Landlords

We’re a recognised and trusted authority, and as frequent speakers at conferences for landlords, estate owners’, surveyors and architects specialising in listed and period retrofit we understand Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards and what landlords need to do to meet them.

We are serious about education and standards. We run our own conferences and talks including Retrofit Revolution, and we’re publishers of Retrofit News. We’re also founders of The Period and Listed Retrofit Academy which advises and trains homeowners, and surveyors on retrofit best practices.

We can advise you on the best way to achieve minimum standards whether you are looking for help for a one-off property or multiple properties, up to whole estates. Fees vary from project to project but are based on an hourly rate of £75 plus expenses.
