We’ll talk to your local Conservation Officer to see whether our insulation qualifies for their approval or whether you will need to make a full application for Listed Building Consent. We’ll provide simple plans and will obtain written confirmation of conservation officer approval.
For individual homeowners, we charge a £90 fee. If you need Listed Building Consent, we will deduct this fee from any full application we manage for you.
95% of our installations get approval and do not need a full application for listed building consent.
