Mitchell & Dickinson recently assisted with installing secondary glazing, draught proofing and loft insulation at our Grade II listed home. I chose Mitchell & Dickinson on the basis that they had expertise with listed buildings and demonstrated an environmental and sustainability consideration with their products. I have been impressed with the work carried out and immediately have had to turn our heating down due to the improved heat retention. Brett and his team were polite and tidy and kept me updated with progress when required. I especially appreciate the debrief on how to service the secondary glazing going forward – this shows a degree of customer service which is easily overlooked. The team went out of their way to attend the property (which was outside their immediate vicinity) and all members of staff were consistently courteous and helpful. I strongly recommend Mitchell & Dickinson if you want top of the range products and would definitely use them again.
