Even better than expected

Our 100-year-old listed building on the edge of Exmoor has lots of windows which give it a unique appearance. But in the winter months, it was prone to rivers of condensation which caused mould and rotted some casements. The work that M&D carried out has got rid of the condensation in most rooms and reduced it by 95% in the rest. Yes, the house feels warmer and there is good soundproofing. Draughts were not a major problem but that was because the windows were so tight they were difficult to open. Now they all open very easily which is a joy. The secondary glazing enhances the appearance of the original heritage glass and it is unobtrusive. The three craftsmen were excellent and really cared about the finish.
