Should have done it sooner!
A month ago we had a range of windows in our listed property refurbished. Harry and Nico spent 10 days with us, and could not have made the experience easier. They set up their pop-up workshop in the backyard – a very impressive set-up – worked on our windows during the day, and put everything back in place each evening. I admit I was a bit sceptical as to how they would make double glazing look both aesthetically pleasing and actually improve heat retention with our sash windows. Since then we have been experiencing a really cold snap and what a change! We have a log burner, and now our living room is so cosy that we frequently leave the door open. We close it when we go to bed, and in the morning the heat retention is noticeable. An absolute bonus with the draught-excluding system is the reduction in any outside noise, as we are on a busy road.
