I’m so glad we took on M&D: They know what they’re doing, and every inch is hand-made.

25 windows made draught-proof and given another layer of glazing, all immaculate and virtually invisible, despite the wonky window shapes of our ancient house. Superb and creative craftsmanship by Charlie Graham and his team, who also volunteered many extra touches to help the insulation process. We went in for this after switching to Air Source Heat Pumps, to reduce leakage of precious warm air. It wasn’t cheap, but I’m so glad we took on M&D: they know what they’re doing, and every inch is hand-made.
