Lucy looks after our complex projects where there have been changes in the scope of works, making sure that work is completed to our customers’ satisfaction. She will be the voice you’ll hear as soon as our craftsmen have finished your installation when she will call to make sure the work is as you expected and to receive any feedback. She arranges any return visits required to handle any snagging which may sometimes arise, and will help you with any particular questions about your Mitchell & Dickinson installation.
