We live in a Grade II listed house and were very cautious about insulation. M&D seemed to be a good solution as the window system appeared to be discrete and effective. We were introduced to one of their customers so we were able to look at the system in a house and talk to the owner about their experiences. That gave us confidence to proceed. The installation process was made more difficult by us getting a Green Home Grant which was an overly complicated process but as the grant deadline approached the M&D staff worked incredibly hard to get the job done in time for us to claim the grant. We were very impressed with the two men who installed the system and it has transformed the room it is in to the extent that we are now going to have other windows done as well. I have given M&D 4 stars because of some early problems applying for the grant that are now irrelevant as the grant scheme has been withdrawn.
