A half-day conference on thermal efficiency for period and listed properties in the 21st Century.

1.30pm-5pm, Thursday 10 May, 2018. Royal Albert Memorial Museum, Exeter. EX4 3RX

Why do we need a retrofit revolution?

This UK government’s commitment to make all homes carbon neutral by 2035, along with minimum energy efficiency standards for rented properties and the rising costs of fuel, all pose challenges for owners of listed and period properties which fall below the required energy rating.

This half day conference brings together experts to give regulatory, legal, financial and practical guidance on retrofitting period properties, including where the challenges, solutions and real gains are to be made.
