Lora is likely to be the first voice in the customer team you’ll hear from. She’ll call to confirm your order and to arrange a date for your detailed specification survey which is when we will collect all of the technical details we need to get our craftsmen, tools and materials ready for your installation.
Isobel Moore (Bella)
Isobel Moore (Bella) Project Planning and Scheduling Coordinator
Bella is responsible for planning all installation projects for our customers including scheduling and logistics, getting the right team of craftsmen with the right skills for your project in your area. She’s like an air traffic controller, in charge of scheduling our teams to their destinations and bringing them back into land at the right time – sometimes in adverse weather conditions – while always carefully managing the precious resources that are our trained craftsmen.
Lucy Stock
Lucy StockCustomer Communications and Marketing Manager
Lucy looks after our complex projects where there have been changes in the scope of works, making sure that work is completed to our customers’ satisfaction. She will be the voice you’ll hear as soon as our craftsmen have finished your installation when she will call to make sure the work is as you expected and to receive any feedback. She arranges any return visits required to handle any snagging which may arise and will help you with any particular questions about your Mitchell & Dickinson installation.
